The Bad Tattoo Brewery is a 8600sq.ft single-story building with a 1600sq.ft mezzanine. Building is made up of a 5950sq.ft brewing area and a 2650sq.ft admin/kitchen/restaurant area. There is also a 1000sq.ft covered patio. The brewhouse is 20 hectoliters (2000 liters) and takes approximately 4.5-5 hours to brew. From time of brew to sale-ready product, the process takes 14-28+ days, depending on the type of beer. The brewery has 11 cylindroconical vessels for fermenting which range in capacity from 1-3 brew(s).
