Wildstone Construction & Engineering Ltd. completed the general contract to construct a 92 unit, 100,000 sft independent living senior’s facility for a private client from Calgary, AB.
This facility included an underground parkade, gaming room, theatre, library, dining area, full service kitchen and laundry facilities.
Suites are available in bachelor, one and two bedroom models each with full kitchens and patio access.
The site services and plumbing were also completed own forces on this project.
